STROUDSBURG, Pa. – November 22, 2005 – Backbone

top score of 95% as the supplier of services from previous customers in the Dun
& Bradstreet’s Open Ratings Buyer’s Survey report.
This highest rating was based on extensive
feedback and questionnaires submitted by former clients of Backbone Security. Their responses were measured by the Dun
& Bradstreet survey team and each customer responded to questions in ten
distinct categories; Reliability, Cost,
Order Accuracy, Delivery/Timliness, Quality, Business Relations, Personnel,
Customer Support, Responsiveness and Overall Performance.
This impressive overall rating for the
supplier of services was highlighted further by the praise Backbone’s received
in its highest single scoring category, Personnel. The positive survey comments regarding attitude,
courtesy and professionalism of the Backbone Security’s staff, received nearly
100% satisfaction from each customer.
